Kubota Interim Tier 4 Tractor EGR & DPF Reflash

One reflash for a whole generation of Kubota tractors. Our Reflash Master handheld reads the ECM on your 3.3L, 3.8L or 6.1L engine, and the file we send back shuts down the EGR and DPF so the tractor stops pausing to regen. Add a Stage 1 or Stage 2 power tune in the same file, or order the tune by itself. We ship all across the US and Canada.

Why delete the DPF and EGR on an Interim Tier 4 Kubota?

DPF

Diesel particulate filter

Chore tractors spend much of the day at low idle, running a loader, a mixer or a bale spear. Light loads like that never get the filter hot enough to clear itself, so soot builds until the ECM forces a regen and the job waits. Over time the filter needs a pricey cleaning or replacement. Pull the filter and reflash, and the back-pressure and the downtime both go away.

EGR

Exhaust gas recirculation

The EGR valve feeds hot, sooty exhaust back into the intake to lower NOx. Carbon slowly builds on the valve and the cooler until the valve sticks or the passage clogs. Then you get warning lights, sluggish response, higher fuel use and sometimes limp mode. The reflash keeps the valve shut, and where the engine needs it, a block-off plate seals the port.

Frequently asked questions

Q1Which engine size do I choose at checkout?+

Look at the engine data plate or the emissions label on the block. It will read V3300 (3.3L), V3800 (3.8L) or V6100 (6.1L). If the plate is hard to read, send us a photo with your tractor model and serial number and we will match it for you.

Q2Can I order the horsepower tune without the emissions reflash?+

Yes. There are three options: the horsepower tune on its own, the DPF/EGR reflash on its own, or both in one file. You can pick Stage 1 or Stage 2 with either power option.

Q3Does every engine get an EGR block-off plate?+

No. Most of these EGR valves rest closed once the software stops powering them. On the engines where a plate is needed, we ship a blocker plate with an OEM gasket as a backup seal. We let you know which applies when you order.

Q4What happens to the DPF canister?+

We do not make a pipe for these tractors. You pull the filter brick out of the stock canister and reinstall the empty shell, following the step-by-step guide we email you. The exhaust keeps its factory mounting and look.

Q5How fast does the kit ship?+

We ship anywhere in North America within 1 business day. Expedited orders placed after 12 p.m. ET go out the following business day.

Emissions tuning is sold for off-road machines only. It cannot be performed on any vehicle registered for highway use, and it is your responsibility to check local provincial or state rules first.
