Shipping policy

United States Shipping

We offer shipping to the continental U.S. (lower 48 states) through the following options:

  • Overnight Shipping: Available exclusively through FedEx. Monday to Friday delivery.

  • Ground Shipping (5–7 business days): Free of charge.

Alaska and Hawaii:
Air shipping is the only available method and is subject to additional charges based on your location. Ground shipping is not available.

Exhaust Piping Orders:
All exhaust piping must be shipped via ground. For Alaska and Hawaii, shipping charges apply based on the rate from our location.

Bench Flashing with Piping Orders:
If your order includes both piping and bench flashing services, the full kit will only ship after your control module(s) have been reflashed and shipped back out.

Canada Shipping

We offer shipping across Canada via Purolator:

  • Overnight Shipping

  • Ground Shipping — Free of charge.

Exhaust Piping Orders:
All piping must be shipped via ground.

Bench Flashing with Piping Orders:
Orders that include both piping and bench flashing services will only ship once the reflashed module(s) are ready and returned.

International Shipping

We ship internationally upon request.
Rates are calculated based on shipping costs from our location. Additional charges may apply depending on your country and selected service level. Please contact us for a quote before placing an order.

Order Processing Time

Orders placed after 10:00 AM MST will be processed the next business day.
Order fulfillment and shipping occur Monday through Friday during business hours.

Customs & Duties

International customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, tariffs, or customs fees required by their country. These charges are not included in your purchase and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays after your order has been picked up by the carrier. If you experience delays or delivery issues, please contact the shipping provider directly using your tracking number.

A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been processed and is ready for shipment.
