We are a locally owned and operated, family run business. We focus on custom software mapping, and design our own plug and play emulators in house. Geared towards emissions and horsepower upgrades, we are proud to say that there is no agricultural brand we can't tune! Off-highway tunes (DPF-EGR-CGI-DEF-UREA-VGT-VNT... deletes) are intended for off-road use in competition only, and are not to be used on public roads or highways.

The BUYER is responsible for obeying all applicable federal, state, and local laws, statutes, and ordinances when operating his/her vehicle (including emission related laws), and the BUYER agrees the SELLER (and its employees, directors, successors, sub-contractors, business associates, and affiliates) WILL NOT be held responsible for any violations.

Under no circumstances will the SELLER (us) be held liable for any damage, expenses or personal injury incurred by reason of the use, sale or test of any kind of product.

Under no circumstances will the SELLER (us) be held liable for any damage or loss during transit.

Refunds

At Reimer Tuning, we stand behind the quality and reliability of our products. However, due to the nature of our work and the customization involved in tuning, all sales are final — this applies to both software and hardware products.

Tune Transfer Policy

We understand that circumstances can change. If your equipment experiences an issue prior to the tuning being installed, we offer a one-time courtesy transfer of the tuning to another compatible piece of equipment owned by the original purchaser. Please contact our team within 14 days of purchase to arrange the transfer.

Defective or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a defective item or an incorrect order, contact us within 5 business days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
