Plug and Play Module:
This is the simplest way to remove the need for DEF. Our plug and play module connects into your diagnostic port, and stays there. You will never have to worry about your SCR system again. For these Tier4A combines, this is the only way to remove the emissions. The harness has a “Y” connector on the end of it. This means that you can leave the module installed and still have access to the diagnostic port. If you are looking for a horsepower increase as well, a Reflash Master is required in addition to the module.

Reflash Master Handheld Device:
The Reflash Master handheld tuner makes tuning easy and simple. In four easy steps, the handheld device is ready to take a read of your Combine's ECM. After sending the read file to us, we have a turn around time of 2 hours before sending you an updated MOD file for the Combine. Once written, the Combine is ready to go! This kit includes our handheld device, and Quick Reference guide. Also included in our kit is TeamViewer software so that we can access your PC to provide support during the tuning process when necessary.

In need of more power? 
This is a question that we get asked quite often. When it comes to horsepower increases, the best way to explain it is that we are making the engine more efficient. It produces more power, sooner. If you drive the equipment nicely, you will get up to speed faster, keeping the engine load lower - reducing overall load. If there is a situation where more power is needed, you’ll have the extra horsepower that you need! It really is the best of both worlds.

What is software tuning?
Software tuning is customized engine management, that is flashed onto your engine control module. This results in an increase of horsepower and torque, while reducing the overall engine load - this helps reduce fuel consumption. Improved torque makes the vehicle more responsive while working with heavy loads. It can also be used to reflash the emissions system that is equipped on a piece of equipment. 

Emissions Removal: 
Custom emissions system reflashing is a popular option. We can provide customers that are experiencing costly downtime and high fuel consumption emissions solutions for machines that are on or off warranty. Through custom tailoring of the engine control module, we can remove the exhaust gas recirculation, diesel particulate filter, and diesel exhaust fluid (also known as UREA). This will increase the machine's overall efficiency and reliability!  

Emissions tuning is for off-road use only. Please consult your Provincial or State legislation, as this product may not be street legal. Removal of emissions systems cannot be performed on vehicles that are registered for highway use. It is up to the Consumer to know and understand their local legislation prior to purchasing.
