Kubota SVL97 Skid Steer Tuning – Delete Solutions

The Kubota SVL97 skid steer is a powerful and versatile machine, but like many modern diesel units, it comes loaded with emissions systems that can hold back performance. At our shop, we’ve developed a proven solution for the Kubota SVL97 by first perfecting our file on the SVL95 that we used to own and run ourselves. That real-world experience gave us the opportunity to test, refine, and dial in our tuning so that today we can confidently say: these machines perform incredibly well once they have been tuned.

Kubota SVL97 Bench Flashing

The process involves sending in both the engine control module (ECM) and the aftertreatment control module (ACM) for bench flashing. Our turnaround time is fast—typically the next day—so you can get your machine back to work quickly.

For the emissions side, the diesel particulate filter (DPF) will need to be addressed. The filter can either be hollowed out or replaced with a straight pipe. To make the process easy, we also supply the parts you need:

  • DPF bypass pipe only: $500
  • Straight pipe for DPF and SCR: $800

Our kits also include an EGR block-off plate so the system is fully disabled, ensuring the engine runs as it should without cycling dirty exhaust gases back through.

Horsepower Tuning Options for Kubota SVL97

Along with emissions tuning, we also provide horsepower upgrades for the Kubota SVL97. These tunes are designed to safely unlock more power from the engine, giving you noticeable performance gains:

  • Stage 1 Tune: +10% above factory horsepower
  • Stage 2 Tune: +20% above factory horsepower
