Stage 1 Tune: 10% horsepower above factory power. This would put the output to 106hp.
Stage 2 Tune: 20% horsepower above factory power. This would put the output to 115hp!

What makes us different from other tuners?
We went out and bought an SVL95 to ensure that our product was perfect when we first brought it to market. We had the chance to help build the protocol that was required in order to be able to reflash these skid steers, and let us be the first to say - it works flawlessly! There is no more worrying about diesel exhaust fluid, or having your machine go into regen mode because of the diesel particulate filter. This Kubota SVL95-2 delete kit includes everything that you will need. Once an order has been confirmed, step-by-step instructions will be sent out to show you how to complete the mechanical portion of the reflash. Included in the kit is a blocker plate for the exhaust gas recirculation valve, accompanied by an OEM gasket to ensure a perfect seal. As well as a DPF reset tool to prevent the auto-regen setting in the dashboard. Having a diesel particulate filter is like breathing through a straw, it is extremely restrictive! The only decision you have to make is if you’re going to hollow out, or straight pipe the DPF system. This Kubota DPF delete will eliminate the DPF canister which really opens the engine bay up. Let your Kubota engine breathe the way it was designed to.

We also offer horsepower tuning with these reflashes. 10% or 20% horsepower is available for these amazing SVL95’s! Whether you are running a bush hog in the summertime, and a snow blower in the winter, or even a mulch head, we will make sure your Kubota can keep up with your demands! From the factory, the Kubota V3800 output is 96hp at 2400rpm. 10% would increase the machine to 106hp, 20% would bump it up to 115hp!
How does this affect my fuel consumption?
This is a question that we get asked quite often. When it comes to horsepower increases, the best way to explain it is that we are making the engine more efficient. It produces more power, sooner. If you drive the equipment nicely, you will get up to speed faster, keeping the engine load lower - reducing overall load. If there is a situation where more power is needed, you’ll have the extra horsepower that you need! It really is the best of both worlds.

What is DEF?
DEF, or diesel exhaust fluid is a liquid that is injected into the exhaust system. This part of the exhaust system is called the SCR, or the selective catalytic reduction. It is designed to remove nitrogen oxide emissions from the diesel engine. The issue with DEF is that because it is 67% water, it can freeze during the winter. This can crack the DEF tank and lead to other problems. Some manufacturers use DEF as their main, or only, source of emissions control. This can result in high costs, ensuring that the DEF is always full. The catalyst that is used for the DEF is not as restrictive compared to the diesel particulate filter. This means that it can stay in place, even after a reflash has taken place. We recommend that you rinse out the DEF system with water after the fluid has been drained. DEF if left alone for a long period of time can crystalize. That is why it is best to make sure everything is clean!
Emissions tuning is for off-road use only. Please consult your Provincial or State legislation, as this product may not be street legal. Removal of emissions systems cannot be performed on vehicles that are registered for highway use. It is up to the Consumer to know and understand their local legislation prior to purchasing.
